Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a professional and service-driven Bell Attendant to join our Front Office team. As one of the first and last impressions of the hotel, the Bell Attendant plays a key role in delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warmth and excellence of the Four Seasons brand.
This position requires strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
The Bell Attendant is responsible for ensuring smooth luggage handling, guest assistance, and lobby presence, including but not limited to:

Assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure in a professional and efficient manner.

Escorting guests to their rooms upon check-in, explaining room features and hotel facilities along the way.

Delivering luggage to guest rooms promptly and collecting luggage upon departure, transporting it to storage areas or the Front Drive as required.

Transporting guest parcels, hotel packages, and internal deliveries accurately and safely.

Maintaining accurate records of all luggage deliveries, pick-ups, and storage.

Greeting all guests passing through the lobby with courtesy and offering assistance proactively.

Handling guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Assisting guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, in-house events, and directions.

Accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving guest concerns efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Supporting other departments during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Working harmoniously and professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.

Adhering to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lobby, luggage storage areas, and bell desk at all times.

Ensuring a strong lobby presence and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

Previous experience in a high-volume property is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Physical ability to lift and transport luggage safely.

Strong teamwork skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
