Concierge Agent – Four Seasons Abu Dhabi

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Concierge Agent to join our Guest Services team. Reporting directly to the Guest Service Manager, the Concierge Agent plays a vital role in creating exceptional and personalized guest experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of UAE attractions, dining venues, cultural landmarks, events, and exclusive experiences, along with the ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

The Concierge Agent is responsible for delivering world-class hospitality through thoughtful, proactive, and personalized service. Core responsibilities include:

  • Providing the highest level of guest service and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

  • Assisting guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, operating hours, in-house events, transportation, and key hotel personnel.

  • Offering accurate directions and expert recommendations based on comprehensive local knowledge of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

  • Staying fully informed about city activities including theatre performances, sports events, concerts, exhibitions, sightseeing tours, luxury experiences, and seasonal events.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trusted vendors, tour operators, and entertainment providers to arrange reservations, ticketing, and exclusive guest experiences.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, messages, and deliveries accurately and efficiently.

  • Managing guest luggage storage and retrieval with care, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Utilizing Opera PMS and other hotel systems to input guest requests, special arrangements, and billing instructions accurately.

  • Providing basic troubleshooting assistance for in-room services such as internet connectivity, television systems, streaming services, and other technology-related concerns.

  • Supporting lobby coverage, Business Center operations, and Guest Services during high-volume periods or team member absences.

  • Working collaboratively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Ensuring that concierge desk collateral including brochures, restaurant guides, attraction maps, and event information remains current and well-organized.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to surprise and delight guests, creating personalized and lasting impressions.

  • Performing additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Guest Service Manager, Guest Experience Manager, Assistant Director of Rooms, or Hotel Manager.


What You Bring

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

  • A service-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • The confidence to make recommendations and coordinate detailed arrangements.

  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.

  • A professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
