The Waiter/ess – In Room Dining will ensure exceptional service for all in-room dining requests, supporting the delivery team to provide an elevated guest experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to Jumeirah standards, and collaboration with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities – Waiter/ess – In Room Dining-Service – Jumeirah Messilah Beach

Deliver high-quality in-room dining service in line with Jumeirah standards.

Understand and adhere to food hygiene, safety, and safe food handling practices.

Prepare and maintain service trolleys according to outlet standards.

Ensure accurate staging and storage of all items using FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.

Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Oversee minibar, amenities, and in-room dining guest orders, coordinating with supervisors.

Handle guest orders through Symphony Micros and maintain accurate records.

Report operational challenges to the supervisor and outlet manager promptly.

Prioritize tasks to reduce breakage, maintain efficiency, and support the team.

Support a collaborative work environment, assisting colleagues and contributing to departmental success.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 1-year experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of international cuisine and in-room dining service standards.

Awareness of HACCP principles and general health & safety in the workplace.
