A Restaurant Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel or standalone restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and profitable business performance. This role is essential in maintaining the establishment’s standards, leading the team, and driving the overall dining experience to world-class levels.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations, including front-of-house, reservations, and banquet services, ensuring smooth daily workflows and consistent service standards.

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to provide exceptional guest service, fostering a positive, professional, and high-performance work culture.

Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, maintaining quality standards in all operational areas.

Develop and implement service standards, operational policies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Manage inventory, monitor supply levels, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining premium quality.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, including daily revenue, labor costs, and operational expenditures, and implement corrective measures where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills
