Key Responsibilities – Arabic Chef – Royal Rose Hotel

• Prepare authentic Arabic dishes such as shawarma, kebabs, mandi, kabsa, hummus, mutabbal, and traditional sweets.

• Ensure all food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain portion control and reduce food wastage.

• Follow HACCP and food safety regulations strictly.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for menu development.

• Assist in creating seasonal Arabic menu offerings.

• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
