Job Description
Supervises banquet operations during events to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction. Coordinates with kitchen and service teams, oversees setup and service standards, and ensures all event requirements are met according to the banquet event order (BEO).
Qualifications

Diploma or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage

2–4 years’ experience in banquet or F&B operations, with supervisory exposure

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Good communication skills; English required

Knowledge of service standards and event operations
