Job Summary – Bellman (Russian speaker)

As a Bellman (Russian Speaker), you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth luggage handling, and seamless guest services. You will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities – Bellman (Russian speaker)

• Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner in Russian and English.

• Assist guests with luggage, including delivery to rooms, storage, and retrieval.

• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features, amenities, and hotel services.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions.

• Support front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness.

• Maintain the lobby, bell desk, and public areas in immaculate condition at all times.

• Monitor lost and found items, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely returns.

• Assist with valet and transportation services, coordinating with drivers and shuttle services.

• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

• Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures, ensuring guest and colleague safety at all times.

• Maintain accurate logs of luggage handling, VIP guest arrivals, and special requests.

• Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bellman, concierge, or guest services role in a five-star hotel.

• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and travel information.

• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a guest-focused attitude.
