As Butlers Manager – Guest Relations, you will manage the daily operations of the butler department, ensuring service standards meet or exceed Jumeirah’s expectations. You will mentor, motivate, and develop a team of butlers, enabling them to provide personalized services that anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
This role also involves working closely with Assistant Butler Managers and Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations, high levels of guest satisfaction, and team adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities – Butlers Manager – Guest Relations – Jumeirah The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia

Manage the day-to-day operations of the butler department, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SOPs.

Lead, coach, and motivate the butler team to maximize productivity, departmental revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Recognize repeat and VIP guests, building personal rapport and proactively anticipating guest preferences and requirements.

Handle guest concerns and escalations, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

Ensure butlers are groomed and uniformed to Jumeirah standards, and assign daily tasks efficiently.

Oversee butlers’ knowledge of in-suite services, dining options, spa and wellness services, Kids Club, technology, and hotel amenities.

Conduct hotel and suite show rounds for guests and management as requested.

Maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

Higher Secondary School Certificate (minimum education requirement).

5–8 years of experience in luxury hotels, preferably in 5-star properties.

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Butler Training, or Tourism.

Proficiency in hotel systems such as Opera and HotSOS.

Strong leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships while ensuring top-quality service.

A professional and approachable demeanor, with the ability to inspire and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
