Job Summary
As a Chef de Partie – Butchery Experience – Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for preparing and handling all meat cuts, overseeing portion control, and assisting in menu execution in collaboration with the culinary team. Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meat products according to standardized recipes and hotel specifications.
