The Chef de Partie will be an essential member of the Main Kitchen team, specializing in Oriental and Arabic cuisine. You will be responsible for ensuring high culinary standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting your team in delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Support culinary teams to enhance teamwork, credibility, respect, openness, and trust.

Report any accidents, sickness, or equipment malfunctions to the Chef de Cuisine promptly.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, coordinating with the Stewarding Manager.

Adhere to company policies regarding safety procedures, food hygiene, and safe food handling.

Order, receive, store, and prepare ingredients to minimize waste and support financial goals.

Develop and innovate “Chef’s Creations” aligned with the restaurant’s culinary concept.

Assist in mentoring junior chefs and commis to maintain high performance and consistency.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oriental and Arabic culinary sections within a 5-star hotel.

Solid international culinary experience and knowledge of HACCP and general health and safety regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
