Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a highly professional and experienced Chief Concierge to lead its concierge team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Job Summary: Chief Concierge

As Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest services, including VIP arrivals, reservations, transportation, city tours, and personalized requests. You will act as the main liaison between guests and the hotel, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every touchpoint. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of luxury service standards, and the ability to lead a multicultural team effectively.

The Chief Concierge plays a vital role in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence, fostering guest loyalty, and supporting the overall operational flow of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities of Chief Concierge

  • Lead, train, and supervise the concierge team, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards.

  • Welcome and assist VIP and regular guests with personalized services, including transportation, reservations, and special requests.

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural activities to provide informed recommendations.

  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints efficiently, and escalate issues to management when necessary.

  • Manage guest loyalty programs, VIP profiles, and ensure personalized experiences for returning guests.

  • Supervise luggage handling, storage, and delivery services while maintaining high standards of care and security.

  • Develop relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and luxury service providers to enhance guest experiences.

  • Oversee guest communications via phone, email, or in-person interactions to ensure timely and accurate responses.

  • Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for daily operations, VIP services, and special guest requests.

  • Support events, meetings, and special functions by providing concierge services and coordinating guest requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, hygiene, and security standards.

  • Drive revenue opportunities through upselling services such as private tours, dining experiences, and limousine bookings.

  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest services role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities in multicultural environments.

  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai, its attractions, and luxury service providers.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.

  • Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable, especially in English, Russian, and Arabic.
