Cluster Visa Officer – Dukes the Palm, Dubai and NH Collection Dubai

We are seeking a professional and organized Cluster Visa Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing support to applicants throughout the visa process.

• Review and process visa applications, ensuring all required documents are present and accurate
• Conduct thorough background checks and verify applicant information
• Assess eligibility for various visa types based on UAE immigration laws and regulations
• Communicate with applicants, employers, and government agencies regarding visa status and requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related documentation
• Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the visa application process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient visa processing
• Prepare reports and statistics on visa applications and processing times
• Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent visa applications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visa processing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Proficiency in visa processing systems or GDRFA immigration system
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with applicants and stakeholders
• Relevant visa processing certifications (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
