As a Commis 2 – Yalumba – Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, you will work under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment and serves as a stepping stone for growth within the culinary profession.
Key Responsibilities – Commis 2 – Yalumba

Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to standardized recipes and culinary guidelines.
