Key Responsibilities

Assist in basic food preparation under supervision.

Wash, peel, cut vegetables and fruits.

Prepare basic sauces, stocks, and dressings.

Assist with portioning and plating as per standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation.

Follow hygiene and food safety procedures.
Qualifications

Culinary diploma or relevant experience preferred.

0–1 year experience in a professional kitchen.

Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment.
