1. Commis Chef I – Hot & Cold Kitchen

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic food preparation under supervision.

  • Wash, peel, cut vegetables and fruits.

  • Prepare basic sauces, stocks, and dressings.

  • Assist with portioning and plating as per standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation.

  • Follow hygiene and food safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or relevant experience preferred.

  • 0–1 year experience in a professional kitchen.

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment.
