As a Core/Reservation Agent (Local Only) – Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, you will be responsible for managing reservations, confirming availability, updating guest details, and ensuring correct booking information is entered into the hotel system. You will assist guests with inquiries about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services, ensuring all communication is professional and accurate.

You will also handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests while ensuring compliance with booking policies and procedures. Your role supports the hotel’s revenue goals by applying correct pricing, upselling room categories, and providing exceptional guest service at every interaction.

The main responsibilities of the Core/Reservation Agent (Local Only) include:

1. Answer incoming guest calls and emails professionally, following Four Seasons service standards.

2. Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the system.

3. Provide information about room categories, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.

4. Ensure all guest details, preferences, and special requests are entered correctly.

5. Confirm reservation details and send booking confirmations to guests.

6. Upsell room upgrades, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.

7. Apply correct rates and ensure compliance with revenue management guidelines.

8. Coordinate with Front Office regarding arrivals, special requests, and VIP bookings.

9. Support group and corporate reservations by coordinating with Sales and Events teams.

10. Handle guest concerns and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.

11. Maintain reservation reports, follow-ups, and pending booking requests.

12. Ensure confidentiality of guest information and follow data protection policies.

13. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and availability across channels.

To qualify for the Core/Reservation Agent (Local Only) – Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, candidates should have:

• Must be a local candidate currently based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred).

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, call center, or guest services is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of Opera PMS, CRS systems, or similar reservation platforms is preferred.
