Position Overview

As Electrician – Mövenpick Kuwait Al Bidaa, you will handle installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, offices, and outdoor facilities. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize disruptions to guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of electrical wiring, lighting systems, switchboards, and distribution panels.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, and recreational facilities.

• Install new electrical fixtures, lighting systems, and equipment as required.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on generators, transformers, circuit breakers, and power systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of emergency lighting and backup power systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and power distribution networks.

• Familiarity with HVAC control systems and building management systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes, and risk prevention procedures.
