As a Guest Experience Ambassador – Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, you will act as a key contact for guests, ensuring their requests and preferences are handled efficiently and professionally. You will coordinate guest services across departments such as Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience.

You will also assist with service recovery by handling guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multitask in a busy luxury environment.

  2. Assist guests with check-in support, orientation, and hotel information when required.

  3. Coordinate VIP arrivals, special amenities, and personalized guest preferences.

  4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally through phone or in-person interaction.

  5. Liaise with Concierge for transportation, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.

  6. Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness, special setups, and guest preferences.

  7. Work closely with Food & Beverage teams for special occasions, celebrations, and dining arrangements.

  8. Support service recovery by addressing complaints and ensuring timely follow-up.

  9. Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the hotel system.

  10. Ensure guest requests are logged, tracked, and completed within service timelines.

  11. Prepare daily guest arrival reports, VIP lists, and special request summaries.

  12. Assist in arranging memorable guest moments such as birthdays, anniversaries, and honeymoon surprises.

  13. Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth guest service delivery.

  14. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow privacy and security policies.

Requirements – Guest Experience Ambassador – Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach
