Guest Experience Coordinator – Four Seasons Riyadh | Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Coordinator – Four Seasons Riyadh, you will be responsible for coordinating guest requests, ensuring personalized service delivery, and supporting guest relations operations. You will work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Security to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of guest needs.

You will handle guest feedback, assist with service recovery, and help create exceptional guest moments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in handling guest concerns professionally while maintaining Four Seasons standards.

The main responsibilities of the Guest Experience Coordinator – Four Seasons Riyadh include:

  1. Welcome guests warmly and assist in delivering a luxury arrival experience.

  2. Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalized amenities.

  3. Ensure guest preferences are updated in the system and communicated to relevant departments.

  4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  5. Support service recovery by resolving guest complaints and ensuring follow-up action.

  6. Liaise with Front Desk for room assignments, upgrades, and special room requirements.

  14. Assist in creating memorable experiences such as welcome letters, amenities, and celebrations.

  15. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and ensure data privacy compliance.


Requirements – Guest Experience Coordinator – Four Seasons Riyadh

To qualify for the Guest Experience Coordinator – Four Seasons Riyadh role, candidates should have:

  • Previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge, or customer service (hotel experience preferred).

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

The Role of the Guest Experience Coordinator

The Guest Experience Coordinator is a central part of the Guest Experience Team whose main objective is to handle the pre-arrival process which can include transportation, dining, and activity bookings. Once the guest is in house, the Guest Experience Coordinator will act as liaison between Host and the guest to ensure that any special activity / request is orchestrated and planned for the host to flawlessly execute.
