About the Role – Guest Relations Executive – F&B Service – Jumeirah Burj Al Arab
The Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) at L’Olivo, Al Mahara, will ensure a seamless and personalized dining experience for all guests. This role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining discretion and privacy for VIP and regular guests.
Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, engage in friendly conversation, and ensure personalized, attentive service.

Manage reservations, special occasions, and guest inquiries following F&B SOPs and booking checklists.

Escort guests to their tables, provide relevant information to service staff, and introduce menus and specials appropriately.

Maintain detailed guest knowledge, anticipate preferences, and ensure continuity of service across shifts.

Professionally answer phone calls, maintain accurate guest records, and support daily operational tasks, including inventory and checklists.

Attend trainings, handle guest complaints with tact and professionalism, and uphold Jumeirah’s grooming and service standards.

Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to deliver a flawless guest experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

1–2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury hotel or standalone/branded restaurant.

Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or European languages are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms.

Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and delivering service to international clientele.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
