Key Responsibilities – Guest Services Assistant – Talise Spa

Welcome all spa guests warmly, providing courteous, professional, and personalized service at every touchpoint.

Promote Talise Spa facilities, treatments, packages, and hotel services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Manage all telephone communications promptly, answering calls within three rings, providing accurate information, and handling guest messages efficiently.

Schedule spa appointments, coordinate with therapists and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery, and guide guests to their treatment areas.

Maintain detailed records of reservations, guest preferences, and treatment plans, ensuring smooth workflow for all shifts.

Support administrative operations, including filing, inventory management, and daily opening and closing procedures of the spa.

Act as a liaison between guests and spa management, reporting complaints, incidents, or operational issues promptly for timely resolution.

Assist in monitoring stock levels of spa products, ensuring replenishment and proper storage according to quality standards.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to uniform, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives to improve skills and knowledge of spa operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including adherence to standard operating procedures for spa services.

Collaborate with other hotel departments, including Front Office and F&B, to ensure holistic guest experiences and smooth service flow.

Proactively offer suggestions and upsell spa treatments and wellness packages to enhance guest engagement.

Monitor post-service feedback and coordinate with management to implement service improvements, ensuring a superior wellness experience.

Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information, respecting privacy and fostering trust in all interactions.
About You

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar Guest Services role within a spa or luxury hotel environment.

Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and luxury hospitality protocols.
