Key Responsibilities – Kids Club Coordinator Female

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, sports, and themed events.

• Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety and adherence to resort policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment within the Kids Club facility.

• Register children accurately, ensuring all parental consent forms and emergency contacts are properly documented.

• Communicate clearly with parents regarding schedules, activities, and any special requirements.

• Organize birthday celebrations, seasonal programs, and special holiday events.

• Monitor play areas, toys, and equipment to ensure they are safe and well-maintained.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address cleanliness and safety matters.

• Promote Kids Club activities to in-house guests to increase participation and engagement.

• Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents, following hotel emergency procedures.

Candidate Requirements -Kids Club Coordinator Female

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with children in hotels, schools, nurseries, or recreational centers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Energetic, patient, and friendly personality.

• Ability to create structured activity schedules suitable for different age groups.

• Basic first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.

• Understanding of child safety standards and supervision best practices.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
