Ehe Room Service Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea is responsible for leading the in‑room dining operation, delivering outstanding guest service, and ensuring seamless, timely, and high‑quality food and beverage delivery to guestrooms and suites. This role combines operational excellence, team leadership, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment. You will work closely with culinary, front office, and service teams to enhance the guest experience through personalized and memorable room service offerings.
Key Responsibilities – Room Service Manager
Operational Leadership & Guest Service
• Oversee the daily in‑room dining operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight service, and special amenity deliveries.
• Ensure all room service orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with Four Seasons’ luxury service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and service issues promptly with professionalism and a guest‑centric approach.
• Coordinate with the culinary and food & beverage teams to maintain consistency in menu accessibility, quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor service delivery during peak periods and adjust staffing or processes as necessary to maintain service excellence.
Team Leadership & Development – Room Service Manager
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the room service team, including order takers, servers, and attendants, fostering a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training workshops to uplift service standards and employee engagement.
• Build a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Menu & Creative Collaboration
• Work with the culinary leadership to develop innovative in‑room dining menus, seasonal promotions, and exclusive offerings tailored to guest preferences.
• Analyze ordering trends and guest preferences to refine product offerings and upselling opportunities.
Quality Control & Compliance – Room Service Manager
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and local health regulations, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of food transportation procedures, equipment, and service setups in guest rooms and service areas.
Financial Performance & Reporting – Room Service Manager
• Monitor departmental budgets, manage costs, control inventory, and optimize payroll and scheduling to maintain profitability.
• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, guest feedback, revenue trends, and operational insights.
Qualifications & Skills -Room Service Manager :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel in‑room dining or food & beverage leadership, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS, order management systems, and property management interfaces.
• Service Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and commitment to exceeding expectations in a high‑end guest environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
