Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Order Management

Coordination & Communication

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure correct order preparation.

Inform supervisors of guest feedback or service issues.

Support team members during busy service periods.

Assist in banquet and event service when required.
Hygiene & Compliance

Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience as Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
